A: Being in business since 1952, repairs have always been a major focus of our business. ~ 99% of repairs are done in-house at our Sales & Service location by Trained & Authorized Technicians. 1% or so may need special attention from Baby Lock themselves who reside in Fenton, MO.

A: We pride ourselves on getting the job done right. With that said, our desire met with our extensive base of knowledge allows us to work on MOSTLY ALL makes & models.
