A: We offer several types of classes ranging from machine operations to monthly clubs to specific projects to special events.

Q: Are classes free?

A: All classes are updated monthly on While some classes/events show ticket prices, others are complimentary to Baby Lock Owners. All Machine Operations Classes are free.


Q: What kinds of machines do you sell?

A: We're your proud, Authorized, local Baby Lock Dealer. We specialize in embroidery, quilting, serger, and sewing machines. At different times, we may also offer certified pre-owned machines as well ranging from various brands like Pfaff, Brother, Janome, Bernina, Viking, and much more.

Q: What's a typical machine cost these days?

A: We have several offering from Baby Lock including:

Q: How much do you charge just to look at it?

A: Nothing, seriously. We give FREE estimates upon check-in. Just bring your machine by to our Sales & Service location (S & S) at 3770 E. La Salle St. Colorado Springs, CO 80909


Q: What do I need to bring in with my machine?

A: We like to minimize the number of accessories we keep with repairs. The list is as follows:

  • Bobbin Case
  • Embroidery Foot (if applicable)
  • Embroidery Hoop (if applicable)
  • Embroidery Unit (if applicable)
  • Foot Control
  • Power Cord
  • Presser Foot


Q: Do I need to make an appointment?

A: No appointment necessary. We work on a first-come, first-serve basis meaning we set current machines in queue to be worked on in the order they are received.


Q: How long does it typically take?

A: In all fairness, our turnaround times have ranged from 3 days to an entire month. This is always marked at the check-in counter where we update based on our current inventory.


Q: Do you service machines in-house or do you send them out?

A: Being in business since 1952, repairs have always been a major focus of our business. ~ 99% of repairs are done in-house at our Sales & Service location by Trained & Authorized Technicians. 1% or so may need special attention from Baby Lock themselves who reside in Fenton, MO.


Q: Do you work on all makes/models?

A: We pride ourselves on getting the job done right. With that said, our desire met with our extensive base of knowledge allows us to work on MOSTLY ALL makes & models. In rare situations, parts are no longer available or certain brands give us more trouble than others, but upon check-in, we will help set your mind at ease by giving your machine a fair, honest appraisal.


  • We will no longer be servicing and/or repairing ANY *ELECTRONIC* BERNINA or VIKING MACHINES
  • We will still continue to work on mechanical models
